基于两样本孟德尔随机化探究哮喘与慢性肾脏病的因果关系

摘要


目的:基于孟德尔随机化方法探究支气管哮喘和慢性肾脏病(CKD)之间的因果关系。方法:以与哮喘密
切相关的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)作为工具变量,以逆方差加权法(IVW)为主要方法,对哮喘与CKD发生风险的
潜在因果关系进行评估。同时,采用Cochran Q检验、MR-Egger回归截距以及留一法进行敏感性分析,以进一步验
证结果的稳定性和可靠性。结果:共选用43个与哮喘密切相关的SNPs作为工具变量。IVW表明,哮喘会增加CKD
的风险(OR=1.11,95% CI:1.03-1.19,P=0.005),敏感性分析验证了这些因果关系的可靠性。结论:哮喘与CKD
发生风险呈正相关,尽早地积极治疗哮喘可能对CKD有一定的预防作用。
