利比里亚蒙罗维亚地区高血压患者健康 促进生活方式水平现状调查
摘要
论依据。方法:便利抽样法选取蒙罗维亚地区高血压患者100例。依据健康促进生活方式量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)(英文
版)为蓝本进行改版问卷,对当地高血压患者进行问卷调查。结果:蒙罗维亚地区高血压患者健康促进生活方式平
均得分(127.68±17.996),50.52%的高血压患者健康促进生活方式处于一般水平。结论:利比里亚罗维亚地区高血
压患者的健康促进生活方式总体水平较低,在自我实现和压力管理方面相对分数较高,运动锻炼方面相对分数最低。
根据当地高血压患者健康促进生活方式的情况针对性开展健康教育活动。
