营养干预对胃肠道癌症治疗效果的影响

摘要


胃肠道癌症(如结直肠癌、胃癌、食管癌等)具有较高的发病率和致死率,患者在治疗过程中常出现营养
不良,影响治疗效果和生活质量。营养干预已被证实在癌症综合治疗中发挥重要作用。研究显示,个性化的营养支
持不仅有助于改善患者的营养状况,还能增强免疫功能,优化肿瘤微环境,从而提高患者对治疗的耐受性,减少并
发症发生率。例如,免疫增强营养通过富含精氨酸、谷氨酰胺等成分,增强患者的免疫反应,减少化疗或放疗引起
的副作用。此外,营养干预策略正趋向个性化,以满足不同患者的需求。尽管营养干预在改善短期临床结局上已取
得进展,但其对长期生存率的影响仍需进一步研究。未来,通过多学科团队合作优化干预方案,将有助于将营养干
预更有效地整合到癌症治疗中,为患者带来更好的预后和生活质量。
