超声、MRI评估类风湿关节炎疾病活动性的研究进展

摘要


类风湿关节炎是一种临床常见的多系统炎症性自身免疫性疾病,其典型的病理特征是滑膜炎症。由于目前
临床上用于评估类风湿关节炎疾病活动状态的评分及指标在疾病早期变化并不明显,且不能完全反映类风湿关节炎
潜在的炎症活动。近年来,超声与MRI在类风湿关节炎的诊疗中均发挥了重要作用,本文就其在评估类风湿关节炎
疾病活动度方面的应用进展进行综述。
