食管肉瘤样癌：一种罕见的食管肿瘤

摘要


食管肉瘤样癌（ESC）是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，约占所有食管癌的 0.5%-2.8%[1]，它由癌性和肉瘤性成分组
成。该病的预后较好，但目前尚无诊断和治疗的标准指南。我们报告了一例 71岁男性患者，该患者因吞咽困难入院。
影像学检查上消化道造影及电子胃镜提示食管上段见隆起型新生物，至官腔狭窄。内镜活检及免疫组化示食管肉瘤
样癌。患者接受了根治性放疗。在 18个月的随访中，他无症状，也没有复发的影像学证据。
