麻醉方式对肺癌患者免疫功能影响的研究进展

摘要


肿瘤患者常表现为不同程度的免疫功能抑制。手术创伤、疼痛刺激等会加剧抑制的程度。免疫抑制不仅会
增加肺癌患者的术后并发症,延长住院时间,同时使肿瘤复发转移的风险增加,影响了患者的预后。良好的麻醉管
理与完善的镇痛会在一定程度上保护患者的免疫功能,对患者的预后产生积极的影响。本文对近年来不同麻醉方式
对肺癌患者免疫功能和镇痛效果的影响展开综述。
