吲哚箐绿荧光染色法在胸外科的应用进展

摘要


吲哚菁绿(ICG)作为一种荧光染料,在近红外光激发下能够发出荧光,从而在手术过程中提供高对比度
的图像。这不仅提高了手术的精确性和安全性,还减少了手术时间和术后并发症的风险,因此这项技术为胸外科医
生提供了极大帮助,包括肺结节定位、肺段间平面识别、胸导管淋巴造影、前哨淋巴结定位等方面的应用。本文基
于国内外现有研究报道及实际临床案例,综合论述了吲哚菁绿(ICG)在胸外科手术中的多种用途。
