摘要
来,随着对疾病理解的加深和医疗技术的不断进步,Stanford B型主动脉夹层的诊疗取得了显著进展。一方面,对夹
层的分类更加精细化,为临床诊疗提供了更精准的指导。另一方面,新型影像学检查和生物标志物的发现,极大提
升了夹层的诊断准确率。治疗方面,腔内技术的快速发展使得Stanford B型主动脉夹层的治疗趋于微创化,治疗效果
也显著提升。本文将围绕Stanford B型主动脉夹层的临床治疗进展进行深入探讨,以期为临床医生提供新的治疗思路
和方法。
