急性胰腺炎伴胰周液体积聚的治疗进展

摘要


胰周液体积聚（PFC）通常由急慢性胰腺炎、胰腺损伤及胰管梗阻等引发。多数情况下，PFC经保守治疗
可自行消失，但仍有少数需进行手术干预治疗。鉴于PFC在病程、大小、位置及并发症方面存在差异，其治疗应遵
循个体化原则，把握治疗时机，以实现更佳疗效。当前，PFC的治疗手段丰富多样，涵盖保守治疗、内镜、腹腔镜、
传统手术、内镜-腹腔镜联合手术、经皮穿刺置管引流术（PFD）、机器人治疗以及中医药治疗等，且各方法的治疗
效果不尽相同。本文旨在对PFC的各类治疗手段进行概述。
