高胰岛素血症与肥胖的相关研究现状

摘要


随着我国经济水平的提升、生活方式及饮食结构的变化,肥胖和高胰岛素血症的发病率都在不断上升。众
多研究显示,肥胖与高胰岛素血症之间存在紧密的联系。近年来,随着对肥胖的研究的深入,发现高胰岛素血症的
形成,可能包括肥胖引起的脂肪细胞激活,以及高胰岛素水平导致的脂肪细胞代谢和储存变化。此外,内脏脂肪组
织与腹性肥胖等相关因素共同作用,导致胰腺分泌更多胰岛素,多种危险因素共同作用,导致高胰岛素血症的形成。
本文将对肥胖与高胰岛素血症的关系、发病机制以及合理的预防和治疗方法进行综述,旨在为临床预防和管理肥胖
与高胰岛素血症的发生和发展提供理论支持和帮助。
