屈光手术干眼研究进展
摘要
后干眼的发生机制,涵盖角膜神经损伤、泪液分泌减少、角膜上皮损伤与炎症反应等方面;分析影响干眼的因素,
如手术方式、个体差异、术前眼表状态等;同时探讨了相应治疗策略,包含人工泪液与润滑剂、抗炎治疗等多种方
式。结果表明,目前对屈光手术干眼的各方面已有一定认识,相关治疗策略也在不断完善与发展。
