蒽环类化疗药对乳腺癌患者体重的影响
摘要
癌治疗中的广泛应用。蒽环类药物作为基础化疗药物,具有显著的疗效,但其在治疗过程中常伴随体重变化问题。
研究显示,乳腺癌患者在接受蒽环类化疗后,通常会经历体重增加或减少的变化,这种变化与预后及复发率相关,
尤其是在欧洲人口中的非转移性乳腺癌患者中,这种变化与较差的预后相关联。
本综述深入探讨了蒽环类药物影响体重变化的潜在机制,通过比较不同研究的观点,本文进一步分析了乳腺癌
患者体重变化与病情预后的关系,以及蒽环类药物剂量调整对体重管理的影响。权衡各种策略在乳腺癌治疗中的应
用优势及其效果,从而为个性化治疗方案的制定提供科学依据。并展望未来蒽环类药物在乳腺癌治疗中的发展趋势
和应用前景。优化患者管理和提高治疗效果仍需大量深入研究和更大规模的临床试验支持。
