原发性渗出性淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

摘要


目的：探讨原发性渗出性淋巴瘤（primary effusion lymphoma，PEL）的临床病理学特征、诊断及鉴别诊断。
方法：复习1例PEL的临床病理资料，对胸水标本常规离心、涂片后，沉渣包埋制成细胞蜡块，结合免疫组织化学
染色明确诊断。结果：PEL细胞学主要以中心母细胞和B免疫母细胞为特征，可见爆米花样、RS样细胞。肿瘤细
胞CD20、CD79a、MUM-1、Bcl-6、PAX-5和HHV-8阳 性 表 达， 而CD3、CD10、Bcl-2、CK7、TTF-1、Syn和
Calretinin阴性。结论：PEL是大B细胞淋巴瘤的罕见亚型，病理诊断细胞学和免疫组化标记，应注意与恶性间皮瘤、
转移性腺癌和转移性黑色素瘤等鉴别。
