CircU2SURP在直肠癌中的临床意义

摘要


目的：探索CircU2SURP在直肠癌中的表达及价值。方法：利用公共数据库分析CircU2SURP在直肠癌中
的表达差异及相关实验验证其在直肠癌放疗抵抗细胞株中的表达。结果：CircU2SURP定位在细胞浆，在放疗抵抗
细胞中的表达高于亲本细胞，在直肠癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织。结论：CircU2SURP可能参与直肠癌放疗抵抗，
需要进一步探索。
