育、代谢及炎症反应等生理过程产生影响。同时,m6A甲基化的失调与肺癌患者的耐药性和不良预后有关,m6A调
节剂可以是耐药性的可行治疗和靶向治疗的新药靶标。因此,本综述主要对m6A甲基化修饰与呼吸系统相关疾病进
行回顾和总结。
