食管裂孔疝修补联合Nissen、Dor胃底折叠术治疗食管裂孔 疝合并胃食管反流病的临床疗效分析

或加重。胃底折叠术是治疗食管裂孔疝的一种有效方法，而Nissen和Dor胃底折叠术是两种常见的手术方式。本文旨
在探讨联合Nissen、Dor胃底折叠术在治疗食管裂孔疝合并胃食管反流病中的临床疗效。通过回顾性分析2022年1月
至2023年5月在本院就诊的44例食管裂孔疝患者，将患者随机分为Nissen组和Dor组，分别采用Nissen和Dor胃底折
叠术进行治疗。研究结果显示，两组患者的术后症状控制率均较高，但Nissen组患者术后反流情况和生活质量优于
Dor组。本研究为食管裂孔疝合并胃食管反流病的治疗提供了新的参考。
