加速康复外科在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围手术期中的应用管理
摘要
为广泛关注的热点,同时,在临床实践中也作为外科发展的重要研究方向。ERAS医学理念目的是以加快手术之后器
官的功能恢复,减少患者的住院时间、并发症发生以及降低医疗费用为主要特点。胃癌根治术是治疗胃癌手术的重
要治疗方式之一,由于有较强的手术刺激及较大的应激反应等缺点,影响患者的术后康复。ERAS医学治疗模式在较
多处理措施中与传统的胃癌治疗方式还是有所区别的,并且其方案的安全性仍然存在一定的争议。该文就ERAS理
念在腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者围手术期管理应用研究进行综述。
