变应性鼻炎过敏原与管理策略的研究进展

摘要


变应性鼻炎(Allergic Rhinitis,AR)是一种在全球范围内广泛流行的慢性疾病。该病的典型表现包括鼻塞、
流涕、鼻痒和频繁打喷嚏,其在全球的发病率正逐年上升。本文梳理了近年来关于变应性鼻炎的过敏原及管理策略
的研究新进展,着重探讨了气候变化和空气污染对过敏原季节性与致敏性的影响,并汇总了有效的综合管理策略。
这些策略涵盖了环境控制、药物治疗和患者教育等多个方面,对于缓解患者症状和提升生活质量起到了至关重要的
作用。
