牙源性鼻窦炎临床研究进展

摘要


牙源性鼻窦炎(ODS)是耳鼻喉科、颌面外科和牙科领域最常见的疾病之一。近年来,随着种植体、根管
治疗和牙槽手术的增多,牙源性鼻窦炎的发病率也显著增加,引起了多个学科的关注。由于鼻源性和牙源性鼻窦炎
的临床表现相似,多累及上颌窦,伴随流脓涕、鼻塞、鼻臭及嗅觉减退等症状,CT检查时窦膜的变化以增厚或混浊
的形式出现,所以鼻源性和牙源性鼻窦炎的鉴别、诊断也是一大难题,所以了解牙源性鼻窦炎的病因、病理、诊断、
临床表现、检查、治疗从而加深了我们对该病的认识,减少误诊的发生。
