静息态脑电信号TBR评价成人额叶癫痫患者认知的研究

摘要


额叶癫痫(FLE)是常见的癫痫类型,对患者认知功能影响显著。静息态脑电信号中的θ/β比率(TBR)
作为一种潜在的生物标志物,在评估FLE患者认知功能方面展现出独特价值。本文全面综述成人FLE患者认知损害
特点、静息态脑电TBR的原理及在FLE患者认知评价中的应用,分析当前研究的不足并展望未来方向,旨在为FLE
患者认知功能评估与临床治疗提供理论依据。
