营养不良在胃癌术后患者诊疗中的意义

摘要


胃癌严重威胁人类健康,是造成癌症患者死亡的第三大原因。营养不良在胃癌患者中尤为常见,影响患者
的预后和生活质量。目前营养治疗贯穿胃癌患者治疗的全过程,但是营养不良的诊断标准及营养筛查、评估工具尚
无统一的标准。本文通过介绍肿瘤患者营养不良的发生率及诊断标准、营养风险筛查及评估工具、胃癌发生营养不
良的原因及营养治疗,以期为营养不良胃癌患者的治疗提供方向。
