微小RNA-148在肿瘤中研究进展

摘要


本综述聚焦microRNA-148(miR-148)在肿瘤发生、发展进程中的多层面角色。整合近年研究成果,阐
述其在肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭转移、凋亡调控及肿瘤微环境塑造等方面机制,剖析作为生物标志物与治疗靶点的潜能,
为肿瘤诊疗新思路提供参考。
