局部脑氧饱和度监测技术在术后认知功能障碍 预测中的应用进展
摘要
经系统的并发症,它表现为患者的学习能力、方向感、记忆力、决策能力和专注度等方面相对于手术前的状态有
明显的降低[1]。目前研究普遍认为认知能力的下降是暂时性的、有自愈性,绝大部分被影响的患者最终都能恢复到
术前水平,然而一小部分可能遗留持续性的认知障碍,甚至是发展为痴呆[2]。早既往研究认为老年人群行心脏手术
后的术后认知障碍(POCD)发病率较高。但最近研究已经显示各年龄组患者在接受全麻非心脏手术后均可能发生
POCD[3]。POCD造成患者术后恢复差,延长住院时间,增加住院成本,需要长期康复支持。本文拟对局部脑氧饱和
度监测技术应用于预测患者术后认知功能障碍方面的最新应用进展进行综述。
