微创双交叉支撑技术结合中药治疗踝关节骨折

摘要


目的：回顾性分析微创双交叉支撑穿针技术结合中药治疗踝关节骨折的优势。方法：回顾性研究2020年1月至2024年12月手术治疗踝关节骨折194例，按照手术方法不同分为两组：微创穿针组和切开复位组。闭合穿针组98例，采用闭合复位微创穿针方法；切开复位组96例，采用切开复位钢板内固定方法。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后3、6及12个月AOFAS评分标准，Bunwell-Charnley影像学评价情况。结果：微创组的手术时间和术中出血量均明显少于对照组，根据术后3、6及12个月AOFAS评分更佳。Bunwell-Charnley影像学评价标准两组无差异（P＞0.05）。结论：微创双支撑穿针技术结合中药治疗踝关节骨折损伤小，恢复快，效果良好。
