外周血参数与乳腺癌的相关性研究

摘要


乳腺癌是女性中最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其全球发病率近年来持续上升，已成为重大公共卫生问题。外周血参数作为一种非侵入性检测手段，因其便捷性和可重复性，在乳腺癌的诊断、预后评估及治疗指导中展现出重要的临床应用价值。本文系统综述了外周血检验指标（包括细胞因子、循环肿瘤细胞（CTCs）、微小RNA（miRNA）以及肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（TIL）等）与乳腺癌患者临床病理特征（如肿瘤分期、分子分型、转移风险及治疗反应）的相关性研究进展，深入探讨了这些指标在乳腺癌早期诊断、疗效监测及预后预测中的应用潜力。同时，本文还展望了未来研究方向，包括多组学整合分析、人工智能辅助诊断以及基于外周血标志物的个体化治疗策略，以期为乳腺癌的精准诊疗提供新的思路和理论依据。
