阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和脑小血管疾病关系的研究进展

摘要


阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)是常见的临床慢性多系统受累疾病,可引起中枢神经、心脑血管、内分泌及呼吸等多系统的损害。OSA与CSVD(脑小血管病)的发生发展密切相关,该文就OSA与脑小血管病共病机制、流行病学、影像学及联合治疗等方面进行综述。
