不同腔镜入路手术治疗单侧甲状腺乳头状癌的研究进展

摘要


近年来，随着微创手术技术的发展，腔镜手术逐渐成为治疗甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）的重要方法之一。尤其是对于单侧甲状腺乳头状癌的患者，不同腔镜入路手术在减少术后恢复时间、减少并发症及提高美学效果方面具有显著优势。本文综述了不同腔镜入路（包括前颈部腔镜、胸腔腔镜、腋下腔镜）在治疗单侧甲状腺乳头状癌中的应用研究进展。本研究旨在为临床实践提供参考，帮助提升甲状腺乳头状癌的手术治疗效果。
