Hedgehog信号通路与口腔鳞状细胞癌

摘要


口腔鳞状细胞癌(OCSCC)作为口腔高侵袭性恶性肿瘤,其发生发展及转移机制尚未完全阐明,现有研究证实该疾病进程与信号转导网络异常激活密切相关。Hedgehog(Hh)信号通路作为在哺乳动物胚胎发育、组织形成及细胞迁移等过程中发挥关键调控作用的分子通路,其活性受多层级精密调控。近年研究提示Hh通路在舌鳞状细胞癌病理进程中具有关键调控价值。本综述聚焦Hh通路分子机制及其在口腔恶性肿瘤中的研究进展,旨在为疾病机制解析与诊疗策略优化提供理论支持。
