NICU中持续质量改进抗生素使用的研究进展

摘要


新生儿期是儿童生命中最关键、最脆弱的时期,如果处理不当,一个小病就会导致新生儿死亡。随着医疗技术的进步和科研的深入,早产儿的护理和治疗得到了越来越多的关注。其中,抗生素的使用在早产儿的医疗管理中占据重要地位。然而,不恰当的抗生素使用可能导致一系列问题,会增加新生儿的发病率和死亡率[1-2]。与发达国家相比,发展中国家对新生儿抗生素的使用仍然往往是经验性的[3]。持续质量改进(Continuous Quality Improvement,CQI)作为一种有效的管理理念和方法,应用于新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)抗生素使用管理,旨在优化抗生素使用策略,提高治疗效果,降低相关风险。因此,持续质量改进在早产儿抗生素使用中显得尤为重要。本文旨在探讨持续质量改进在早产儿抗生素治疗中的应用及最新研究进展。
