迷幻剂辅助心理治疗的复兴：裸盖菇素治疗PTSD的神经机制与伦理争议

摘要


该论文旨在系统解析裸盖菇素在治疗PTSD中的双重作用：一方面阐明其通过神经可塑性调节大脑功能的机制，整合裸盖菇素对默认模式网络同步性破坏、神经连接重塑以及5-羟色胺受体介导的突触可塑性增强等作用，揭示其缓解PTSD患者僵化思维与过度警觉的潜在路径；另一方面探讨其临床应用面临的伦理挑战：针对迷幻剂的致幻性、法律限制、非医疗滥用风险及治疗过程中患者知情权与安全性问题，提出规范使用框架。
