紧张型头痛非药物治疗的研究进展

摘要


紧张型头痛（Tension-type Headache，TTH）是最常见的原发性头痛类型，具有发病率高、负担重、诊断
率低等特点，常合并焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍等共病，降低了病人生活质量，给家庭和社会带来沉重负担。该病的药
物治疗存在一定局限性，使得非药物治疗成为优化综合管理的重要策略。本文对TTH非药物治疗的相关内容进行综
述，为治疗提供新思路及新方案。
