种植修复患者生活质量的流行病学特征分析

摘要


目的：发现种植修复患者术后生活质量下降的重点人群，为提高患者术后康复效果提供科学依据。方法：选
取2023年12月至2024年6月，在某三甲医院口腔科及口腔专科医院种植科接受种植修复治疗的196例中老年患者，
采用口腔健康影响程度量表（OHIP-14）评估其术后生活质量。根据年龄、种植区域及种植数量分组，采用非参数
检验分析各因素对生活质量的影响，并进行交互作用分析和多元回归分析，识别术后生活质量下降的高风险人群。
结果：（1）老年组患者的功能限制评分和生理障碍评分均显著高于中年组；（2）双侧种植患者的功能限制和生理障
碍评分均显著高于单侧种植者；（3）前牙区患者的心理不适评分显著高于后牙区；（4）多颗种植患者的生理疼痛及
残障评分显著高于种植1~2颗牙者；（5）交互作用分析显示，老年患者的术后生理障碍改善效果显著，提示该群体
的术后恢复模式可能不同于其他患者。（6）年龄、种植区域和种植数量对种植修复患者口腔健康相关生活质量有影
响，共同解释了口腔健康相关生活质量变异的39.3%。结论：种植修复患者的术后生活质量受年龄、种植区域及种植
数量的影响，其中老年人、双侧修复及多颗种植患者是生活质量下降的高风险人群，应重点关注。建议针对该人群
加强健康教育和术后护理，优化种植修复方案，以提高患者的术后康复效果。
