糖尿病视网膜病变炎症机制研究进展

摘要


糖尿病视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病患者最为常见的微血管并发症之一,也是致盲的
主要原因。炎症反应在糖尿病视网膜病变的发生和发展过程中扮演关键角色。炎症因子的异常表达与调控,以及炎
症细胞的浸润和激活会影响视网膜的结构与功能,破坏血-视网膜屏障并促成神经元损伤。本文主要从炎症反应相
关角度对糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展展开论述,旨在为DR的防治提供新的思路和参考。
