股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗不稳定性股骨转子间 骨折内固定的研究进展
摘要
端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)作为一种重要的内固定方法,在治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折方面显示出独特优势。本文系
统回顾了关于PFNA治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的研究进展,重点分析了PFNA与其他内固定方法的比较、PFNA
技术要点与影响因素、临床效果和并发症以及技术创新与改进。研究表明,PFNA在手术时间、术中失血量、生物力
学稳定性和功能恢复方面具有明显优势。近年来,机器人辅助PFNA手术、PFNA联合骨水泥强化内固定、防旋刀片
方向优化和外侧壁处理策略优化等创新为提高PFNA治疗效果提供了新思路。然而,PFNA治疗仍面临并发症风险和
技术要求高等挑战。未来研究应关注个体化治疗策略、技术创新、生物材料结合、长期随访研究和高质量临床研究,
以进一步提高PFNA治疗不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的效果和安全性。
