外周血新型炎症标志物在类风湿关节炎患者诊断中应用价值研究

摘要


目的：研究中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值（NLR）、血小板/淋巴细胞比值（PLR）、淋巴细胞/单核细胞比值（LMR）、系统免疫病炎症指数（SII）在类风湿关节炎（RA）中诊断价值。方法：选取本院新诊断RA患者作为观察组，另选取本院同期就诊非RA患者作为对照组，测定两组患者全血细胞计数，计算获取两组NLR、PLR、LMR及SII的值，并绘制受试者工作特征（ROC）曲线探讨各指标单独检测与联合检测在类风湿关节炎中诊断价值。结果：RA组NLR、SII及PLR水平高于对照组（P<0.001），对照组的LMR高于RA组（P<0.001）；ROC曲线显示，在单独应用四项指标诊断RA中，SII诊断价值最高；联合应用各项指标，NLR联合PLR及LMR诊断价值最高。结论：NLR、PLR、LMR、SII水平与RA的发生有关，可以为RA患者的早期诊断提供参考。
