胃肠间质瘤影像组学与临床病理特征的相关性分析

摘要


胃肠道间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GISTs)作为最常见的胃肠道间叶源性肿瘤,近年来在临床和基础研究中受到越来越多的关注。这类肿瘤因其独特的生物学行为和临床表现,成为了肿瘤学研究的重要领域。影像组学作为一种新兴的研究方法,通过对医学影像进行定量分析,能够揭示肿瘤的形态学特征及其与临床病理特征的潜在关联,为胃肠间质瘤的诊断、预后评估及治疗决策提供了新的视角。目前的研究表明,影像组学特征如肿瘤大小、形态、边缘特征等可能与患者的临床病理特征如分级、分期及预后情况密切相关。然而,关于这些影像组学特征与临床病理特征之间具体的相关性及其机制仍需进一步探索。本文旨在综述当前胃肠间质瘤影像组学领域的研究现状,分析影像组学特征与临床病理特征的相关性,并提出未来的研究方向,以期为胃肠间质瘤的个体化诊疗提供理论依据。
