PDW、RDW-CV及PCT对脓毒症严重程度及预后的研究进展

摘要


脓毒症是临床上常见的急危重症,其病情较复杂,进展快、治疗难度大,病死率高。近年来随着我国人口老龄化的加剧及医疗水平的提高,脓毒症发生率亦呈上升并有一定的年轻化趋势。早期准确评估脓毒症的严重程度及预后在指导治疗方面显得至关重要。血小板分布宽度(PDW)、红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)及降钙素原(PCT)作为临床易检测指标,近年来在脓毒症领域的研究日益增多。该文就血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)、红细胞分布宽度(RDW-CV)、降钙素原(PCT)对脓毒症严重程度及预后等方面的研究进展作一综述。
