胰腺炎研究综述：流行病学、临床指南与前沿探索

摘要


胰腺炎是由于胰酶在胰腺内被不当激活，导致胰腺组织自身消化、水肿、出血甚至坏死的一种炎症性疾病。临床上通常分为急性胰腺炎（AP）和慢性胰腺炎（CP）。急性胰腺炎发病急骤，其临床过程可从轻微的自限性疾病，发展至具有高死亡率的重症急性胰腺炎（SAP）。而慢性胰腺炎则是一种持续性的炎症过程，导致胰腺结构和功能的不可逆性损伤，严重影响患者的生活质量，并增加胰腺癌的风险[1]。
