雄激素性脱发的诊疗新进展

摘要


雄激素性脱发作为最常见的非瘢痕性脱发类型，是一种具有多变性表现的常染色体显性遗传疾病。其皮肤镜特征显示为毛囊渐进性微型化，伴随毛发缩短、纤细化、色素减退及最终脱落。目前干预雄激素性脱发手段包括局部应用米诺地尔、口服5α-还原酶抑制剂（如非那雄胺/度他雄胺）、低强度激光疗法、微针刺激及毛囊移植术等。现阶段临床尚未建立统一的治疗规范。本综述重点探讨该病的诊断评估方法、治疗策略，并着重分析多模式联合治疗的应用前景。
