心力衰竭患者整合植入式装置研究进展

摘要


心力衰竭是一组复杂临床综合征,药物治疗是慢性心力衰竭(尤其是射血分数降低型心力衰竭,HFrEF)的基石,GDMT(指南指导的药物治疗)已成为标准治疗的核心,但尽管GDMT广泛应用,全球范围内心力衰竭仍呈现高发病率和高死亡率的特点。因此,器械治疗逐渐成为重要的治疗选择,本文对心力衰竭的器械治疗原理及相关进展进行综述。
