DRP1在糖脂代谢中的研究进展

摘要


动力蛋白相关蛋白1(Dynamin related protein 1,DRP1)作为调控线粒体分裂的核心分子,在糖脂代谢紊乱中发挥关键作用。高糖高脂环境通过磷酸化修饰等机制异常激活DRP1,从而引起磷酸化,导致线粒体过度分裂、功能障碍及氧化应激,进而诱发胰岛素抵抗、胰岛β细胞损伤及脂代谢失调,推动2型糖尿病(T2DM)和高脂血症的发生发展。本文综述DRP1在糖脂代谢中的研究进展。
