新型肥胖指标与糖尿病视网膜病变的关系研究进展

摘要


糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,严重威胁患者视力健康。近年来,随着糖尿病患者不断增加,糖尿病视网膜病变的患病率也在逐年上升,然而在病理生理研究中发现,随着肥胖率的不断攀升,肥胖与DR的关系日益受到关注。传统体重指数(BMI)在评估肥胖与DR关系时存在局限性,近年来,新型肥胖指标如内脏脂肪指数(VAI)、脂质蓄积指数(LAP)、腰围身高比(WHtR)、身体形态指数(ABSI)等逐渐应用于临床研究。本文就新型肥胖指标与糖尿病视网膜病变的相关性进行综述,探讨其临床应用研究价值,为糖尿病视网膜病变的早期筛查和干预提供新的方法。
