微波消融术应用于泡型肝包虫病治疗的研究进展

摘要


泡型肝包虫病（hepatic alveolar echinococcosis，HAE）是由多房棘球绦虫的幼虫寄生于肝脏而引起的一种严重的人畜共患寄生虫病，因其生长方式类似恶性肿瘤，呈侵袭浸润性生长（易侵犯胆管和血管），故又被称为“虫癌”。现有研究表明，未经任何治疗的患者，5年死亡率可达74%，10年死亡率高达94%。目前，HAE的治疗方法主要包括根治性切除手术、抗寄生虫药物治疗和微创介入等治疗。药物治疗多用于早期病变，根治性切除是晚期病变及较大病灶的主要治疗选择，但对于一些特殊位置的小病变，手术切除存在较大困难。微波消融术（microwave ablation，MWA）作为一种微创治疗手段，近年来在HAE治疗领域逐渐受到关注，本文笔者将围绕微波消融术对其治疗HAE的研究进展进行综述。
