双极等离子电切与剜除术对治疗良性前列腺增生的影响

摘要


目的：比较评估经尿道等离子双极电切（TPKRP）和经尿道等离子前列腺剜除术（TPKEP）治疗良性前列腺增生；方法：回顾我院（天津市蓟州区人民医院）在2023年1月份至2025年1月份收治的BPH患者，选取其中的200例作为研究对象；根据手术方式的不同将其分为TPKRP组（200例）、TPKEP组（200例）；比较两组手术术中术后的一般情况及术后的近期并发症、远期并发症；结果：TPKEP组术中平均出血量明显减少，平均手术时间明显缩短，平均住院时间也较TPKRP组减少；尿失禁患者也减少；两组远期并发症比较接近；结论：TPKEP缩短了手术时间及患者住院时间、手术出血量明显减少，降低了患者的手术风险和住院费用，减轻了患者的负担；增加患者就医体验。
