中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的研究进展

摘要


重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)是急性胰腺炎最严重的一种类型,常伴发全身炎症反应综合征以及多脏器功能衰竭。目前,本病发病机制尚不完全明确,具有病情凶险、并发症多、死亡率高等特点。单纯使用中药或西药治疗仍难以完全控制疾病进展及改善预后,但大量临床研究表明,中西医结合疗法在重症急性胰腺炎的临床治疗中显示一定优势,本文就近年来中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎方向进行分析,旨在探讨中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎的进展情况。
