带状疱疹性神经痛的中西医治疗进展

摘要


水痘-带状疱疹病毒（varicella‐zoster virus，VZV）感染从水痘开始，为了躲避机体自身抗体清除常潜伏于外周感觉神经节（背根神经节、三叉神经节、自主神经节和肠神经节等）。随着年龄增长或机体免疫力下降，潜伏在神经节内的VZV再次激活引发带状疱疹（Herpes zoster，HZ）。一般人群中HZ的年发病率为1.2-4.9例/1000人年[1]。HZ的临床表现主要包括皮疹和疼痛，主要以单侧为主，皮疹和神经性疼痛沿神经皮节分布，疼痛性质为刀割样或烧灼样、自发性和刺激诱发的疼痛等特征，沿着伴随神经皮节模式的痛觉过敏。HZ急性期疼痛大约有20%的患者发展为带状疱疹后神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia，PHN），50岁以上患者比例高达80%[2]。本文分析中西医综合治疗在带状疱疹性神经痛的研究进展。
