肺结节诊断方法的研究进展

摘要


肺结节是肺癌早期最主要的影像学征象,其良恶性的精准鉴别对于降低肺癌相关死亡率、改善患者预后至关重要。近年来,随着医学影像学、分子生物学及人工智能等技术的迅速发展,肺结节的诊断模式已逐渐从依赖经验判断的传统方法,转向以“精准化、无创化、智能化”为特征的新阶段。本文系统梳理当前肺结节诊断领域的关键技术进展,评估不同方法的诊断效能与临床应用价值,以期为临床诊疗实践提供参考。
