吸烟对特发性膜性肾病患者肾功能变化的研究进展

摘要


膜性肾病（membranous nephropathy，MN）是中国人群中发病率最高的一种慢性肾病，其主要症状为大量的蛋白尿、全身水肿，而临床上无明显的继发性病因，属特发性膜性肾病（Idiopathic membranous nephropathy，IMN），约占MN的80%。有研究表明，在一些IMN患者中吸烟者相较于非吸烟者，其肾小球滤过率水平相对降低。本文针对IMN患者吸烟影响肾功能的发病机制、病情严重程度、治疗效果影响及预后影响因素进行综述，进一步讨论吸烟对IMN患者肾功能转归的影响。
