碱性磷酸酶在慢性肾脏病合并心血管疾病及矿物质骨异常中的作用研究进展

摘要


心血管疾病是慢性肾脏病患者过早死亡的主要原因之一，血清中的碱性磷酸酶是慢性肾脏病患者中全因死亡的独立预测因素，近年来更多的研究将碱性磷酸酶作为心血管疾病的治疗标靶。血清碱性磷酸酶水平可以反映骨转换、心血管钙化程度，预测慢性肾脏病患者骨折及心血管事件风险，本文结合相关研究对碱性磷酸酶与慢性肾脏病患者并发矿物质骨代谢异常、心血管疾病的具体联系和临床研究进展进行综述。
