获得性反应性穿通性胶原病合并2型糖尿病1例并文献分析

摘要


反应性穿通性胶原病（reactive perforating collagenosis，RPC）是一种罕见的胶原纤维经表皮排出的穿通性皮肤病，有遗传性和获得性两种类型，前者好发于儿童，与遗传相关，而成人期发病的患者所患类型被称作获得性反应性穿通性胶原病（acquired reactive perforating collagenosis，ARPC），常并发一种或多种系统性疾病，如糖尿病、慢性肾功能衰竭以及高血压等，这些基础疾病会对病情发展产生显著影响。现将本科诊治的1例获得性反应性穿通性胶原病合并2型糖尿病报告如下，并对本病相关文献进行复习。
